Apply patch. 2. Note the current number of pending tickets displayed on the intranet's mainpage. 3. Submit a new anonymous catalog concern, but do not verify it yet. 4. Verify that the number of pending tickets has not increased. 5. Use the verification email to confirm your new catalog concern. 6. Verify that the number of pending tickets displayed on the mainpage has now increased.
