This happens when receiving issues of different subscriptions to the same record from the serial collection page, e.g. one subscription per branch, or a title that moved to a new vendor. The wrong vendor ID is prefilled. To see it: 1) Create a second vendor at http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/acquisition/vendors/add, named 'Second Vendor'. Note its ID from the URL after saving. 2) Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/serials/subscription-add.pl and create a subscription for record 1, with vendor ID 1 ('My Vendor') and 'When receiving this serial' set to 'Create an item record'. Fill in any frequency, numbering pattern and start date, then save. 3) Repeat step 2 for record 1 again, this time with the 'Second Vendor' ID and a start date in the same year. 4) Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/serials/serials-collection.pl?biblionumber=1, tick the expected issue of both subscriptions (they're listed together under that year), and click 'Edit serials'. 5) Set both issues' status to 'Arrived'. An item form opens for each one. 6) Look at 'e - Source of acquisition' in each item form. Both show the same vendor ID, the one from the serial listed first, instead of each item showing its own subscription's vendor. Also minor: in presetItemFieldValue(), item_div and subfield_div are assigned without 'let', so they become global variables. Pre-existing but could be fixed now.
