When you upload a ZIP file with cover images, the results page text has a space
before the colon "Image upload results :".
To reproduce (using KTD):
1. Go to Cataloging > Tools > Upload local cover image.
2. Drag and drop a valid ZIP file or browse and select a file.
3. Click "Process images".
4. Note that on the results page the heading is "Image upload results :".
