Ok, I started testing this with all 4 patches applied. But I am confused -
OpacAllowSharingPrivateLists is set to "Don't allow", but I can still see the
additional options that refer to this feature on creating a new list from the
patron account (bootstrap/prog)?
Options I talk about:
Allow/Don't allow
anyone to remove his own contributed entries.
anyone to remove other contributed entries.

Only when I additionally turn off OpacAllowPublicListCreation the options
disappear.
