Hi Koustubha, I am afraid I will not have time to submit written papers for publication either. I have booked a week of annualleave immediately prior to KohaCon11 to get it done but even then was hoping to produce just written notes and a powerpoint. I guess the organisers at your end need to make the call on how to proceed. I would not be at all offended to be dropped from the programme if it won't fit your plans for written conference papers.
