I've received some more info from Adam Dickmeiss about the fixes for scan: Two special cases were not working as they should . In one case, when scanning backwards it could skip one entry . The other case was a client asking for 20 entries with preferred position being 22 . Zebra would refuse doing that. (in the years we have not seen any use case of that .. At most position would be number of entries + 1). I'm not sure how this relates to our usage of Zebra scan in Koha, but it definitely doesn't seem as dire as I may have made it sound.
