Hie all,
I plan to release the 3.14.06 only next week.
I did not spent enough time to backport on stable branch : some
vacations, a lot of work, some business trip ...
I'm rely sorry and I'd like to spend more time for community.
So next week I'm on it.
I would like to integrate some important patches like Bug 12134 -
Members are restricted even if the debarment is ended - if he reaches to
be pushed to master next week.
