To the best of my knowledge (TTBOMK), Koha supports Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) but not yet their Object Reuse and Exchange for aggregations of Web resources. I suspect various developers would be interested in adding support if funding was available.
