Hi all,
I was looking at a conversation between Martin and Owen about Martin's accessibility work and Owen's upgrade to Bootstrap 4 work, and I'm wondering if this would be a good opportunity to use Template::Toolkit's WRAPPER directive: http://template-toolkit.org/docs/manual/Directives.html#section_WRAPPER Rather than using INCLUDE for headers and footers in each OPAC template, we could handle all that in a WRAPPER. I've used the WRAPPER directive in other projects, and it makes things much simpler. I'm assuming that the "main content" (for Martin's accessibility work) should be whatever is wrapped by the WRAPPER, although perhaps I don't 100% understand what is required there. Even if it's not useful for Martin, I imagine it could make things easier for Owen when working on the Bootstrap 4 upgrade? The WRAPPER directive should reduce boilerplate, which should make it easier to make whole of Koha changes.
