I see :
minimum_version => '19.05.00.000'
Version must be a number so prefer '19.05'.
You may change the repo to add dirs Koha/Plugin/HKS3SubordinateItems, it
allows running the plugin from git repo.
Also allows to build KPZ with a simple zip command.
