Hi Betsy, We've found out (the hard way) that if you reverse an imported batch of records using the batch import tool and some of those items are checked out, Koha will delete the item records anyway leaving you with blank check out information as you have described in your message.
So don't reverse an imported batch of records using the batch import tool if there's any chance some of the items from that imported file could be checked out. I don't know of a way in Koha to get these off the record. The easiest way is to do it in the database.
