Yes. We get the same issue in French. It has been fixed for French on Pootle. I now for sure it has also been fixed for German and Spanish. We have now a better detection of this situation. It's still the responsibility of translators to apply their translation to a current 3.4 installation, check the result, and fix any strings containing inconsistent %s placeholders.
