Hi, I volunteer to serve as newsletter editor. I don't know the qualifications but can offer these tidbits:
1. I have experience editing newsletters and currently edit one for a community organization. 2. I've participated in the Koha community for two years, online and at two KohaCons. 3. I keep up on what's happening in the community--I read the main and developer lists regularly and subscribe to two dozen Koha-related RSS feeds.
