You don't want to be reverting your imports.  The ISBN match is a
string match so if the strings in the 020 field match each other then
they will match the records.  If Safari uses another field for a
identifying number you could create a matching rule to use that field
instead of the ISBN so that you get more accurate matches. I know that
some ebook vendors do that.
