Status: Pushed to Master which means that it is available in the bleeding edge version (sometimes called 3.9 but not recommended for production use) and may be in some 3.8 versions (depending on the date - this one is, because it) but is not yet in the current 3.6 versions. When it is in 3.6, I believe it will say "Pushed to Stable" instead. You can download the patch in the Attachments section of the page but it may not be simple to apply to 3.6 and may cause problems on upgrade... but if the bug is biting... There should be more description of what things like "pushed" mean in some of the talks at http://koha-community.org/kohacon12/ if you can make it.
