Dear Steve, You can select the digest notice option this will include all the overdue materials issued to one person.
I have also faced the same problem instead of single notice I have selected Digest option. For example, if I checked out 2 books on the same date/time, I only get an overdue notice for one of the two items. Anyone have any ideas? I would think that both items should be in the same email or at least two different emails should be generated. Thanks, as always!
