Just to be clear: I'm no expert at all, and can only tell you what works
here.
We also have
<replicate>1</replicate>
<update>1</update>
<auth_by_bind>1</auth_by_bind>
and because of that, we have NO
<user>cn=syncrepl,ou=applications,dc=ecp,dc=fr</user>
<pass>****</pass>
since auth_by_bind means that koha will try to authenticate using the
username/password that the patron typed. So I would try to leave that out.
Then about the mappings: It is worth to check that all *required* fields
(check the admin interface to see which fields are required in your
installation) are provided. But basically your mappings look similar to
mine. And they work here.
