Robin,
the username and password are configured correctly, verify where the zebra
configuration file with user and pass
<serverinfo id="biblioserver">
<ccl2rpn>/etc/koha/zebradb/ccl.properties</ccl2rpn>
<user>kohauser</user>
<password>zebrastripes</password>
</serverinfo>
and config zebradb
[root@localhost zebradb]# cat /etc/koha/zebradb/etc/passwd
kohauser:zebrastripes
[root@localhost zebradb]#
