Got to learn that the root access to server is required only for
*"Installation"* of Koha ILS.
Refer "To install Koha for immediate....":
http://koha-community.org/download-koha/

So, is it possible to sign up for a VPS plan with a hosting company and
install + configure the Koha software using the root access then fall back
to the shared hosting plan so that we can save some money? Just a naive
thought, please suggest on this.
