I've heard of quite a few people who would like to do more with Koha, but get stuck due to unfamiliarity with Linux. The Linux Foundation is doing a free course that starts in a few days time, called Intro to Linux. Normally this course costs US$2,400.
It might be the bit of a jump you need to let you get more out of it.
