I was able to import the above record in my Koha, see this: *https://www.dropbox.com/s/t76q81nt4ct555p/black_beauty.png?dl=0 <https://www.dropbox.com/s/t76q81nt4ct555p/black_beauty.png?dl=0>* I just changed the barcode (to make it unique for my installation), permanent location, current location and koha item type to my intallation's requirements and it works. That means that perhaps you need to double check your 952a, 952b, 952y match with what you have set in your "Basic Parameters" settings of your installation.
