Hello Fridolin. Thank you for your reply.
A couple weeks ago, right after this thread began, we decided to NOT to use iframe - whew. I was never in favour of it, but our web design folks....were a different story. The OPAC has so much potential and customization (as exhibited by instance after instance across the globe) I think to do anything to minimize that is problematic. Everything is good here - we just have to wait for the design team to do their thing. Cheers for now and thanks again, Jesse On Tue, Aug 25, 2015 at 3:14 AM, Fridolin SOMERS < fridolin.som...@biblibre.com> wrote: > Hie, > > There is only one bug I know on OPAC when using iframe. > Its a javascript problem with the basket. > I send you this patch which corrects the problem. > > In my opinion since OPAC is responsive now, using a frame will be very odd. > > Best regards, > > Le 12/08/2015 17:47, Jesse Lambertson a écrit : > >> Hello everyone, >> >> We are in the process of building our public access to the catalogue and >> our library website. >> >> The web design team we are working with wants to know if the catalogue can >> be embedded in a website as an Iframe? >> >> Or if it is preferred to embed just the Koha search bar for quick >> searching >> (which is what I have seen in instances around the world). >> >> Does this work?
