We are planning an amnesty program later this year ...early 2017 and would like to know what other libraries are doing. First we'd like to purge our inactive patrons.
I had a few questions for libraries that are doing this. 1. What are your policies for deleting patrons? Inactive ...expired ..etc? 1.2 What reports do you use to capture them? 1.3 What if they have fines? 2. What are (were) your policies for forgiving fines or fees? 2.2 How do you capture this info?
