[Koha] Alt-y not working on Please confirm checkout dialogs.

In Koha 16.05, the accesskey for yes selects the renew tab when there is 
a "Please confirm checkout" dialog.  Also the new "Don't check out and 
print slip (P) button doesn't work with alt-p.
