We use some jquery to make a link to Flipster (our digital magazine service) available only after someone has logged in. I adjusted this - https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/JQuery_Library#Add_a_link_to_the_header_only_if_a_patron_is_logged_into_the_OPAC - bit of code and it works nicely.
