Yes--you can use any cataloging rules that you like.
If you are then using MARC21, RDA is most commonly indicated with "i" in
the 000/Leader/position 18 ("Descriptive Cataloging Form" in Koha) and 040
subfield e value of "rda," e.g.:
040 _ _ $e rda
