Hi Alvaro, I think both can work for Spanish - ICU is mostly needed when you have records that are using non-latin scripts.
There is also a Koha mailing list for Spanish speakers - maybe could get some more information from other Spanish users there: https://koha-community.org/support/koha-mailing-lists/ Hope this helps, Katrin On 15.01.20 23:14, Alvaro Cornejo wrote:
Hi I have a doubt about which kind of index to use in koha for a mostly spanish library. I read some suggestions about changing charmap word-phrase-utf.chr with icuchain words-icu.xml on the default zebradb config but have no a clear idea Regards, Alvaro |-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| Envíe y Reciba Datos y mensajes de Texto (SMS) hacia y desde cualquier celular y Nextel en el Perú, México y en mas de 180 paises.
