Hi Lisa, We are a tertiary education institute based in New Zealand and we use the Recalls function on Koha. We have worked with a sister institute, Waikato Institute of Technology, and our support vendor, Catalyst IT, to make improvements and enhancements to the recalls set-up and for the most part it works well. It has all the functionality you describe below, including the ability to notify current borrowers via email and SMS.
