That error originates with the Coverflow plugin. Have you updated the plugin to the latest version? It is possible you upgraded Koha but not the plugin, and now the main Koha code is not compatible with your outdated plugin code. Otherwise, someone else who is more familiar with the plugin will have to help. If you are a ByWater Solutions customer, I would recommend contacting their support team, since they maintain the plugin and will know how to fix this issue.
