Hello Julia, I think you have a better alternative, since using WSL can get you into problems for installing and running koha.

It is the recommended tool for setting up an environment to run tests, sign off, do development etc." "his has currently been tested succesfully with Linux [Debian, Arch], macOS [Ventura, Sonoma] and Windows [10, 11]."
