There is danger. Yet the Cuban government obviously realizes it.

During the Soviet era we had here in Finland and in the SU prosperous
commercial
co-operation companies.

On a  bi- or multilateral planned basis trade between socialist and
capitalist countries is possible and appropriate.

This matter can at least theoretically be handled. The more serious side
may be the unplanned cultural "import"...
