Reasons behind the move were reportedly a lack of hotel space and because the meeting, which is typically scheduled for November, might conflict with the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan. The meeting, held every two years, now needs a new host country, but nations are reluctant to undertake the endeavor after a similar meeting sparked violent anti-globalization protests in Seattle last year. ************************************************************************ In accordance with Title 17 U.S.C.
