The Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee has called on the
entire Vietnamese people, at home and overseas, to be fully aware of the
opportunities and challenges to the nation while trying their best to take
the country forward to industrialisation and modernisation.

The call was made in a statement issued at the end of the VFF Central

order and continue to take the country forward on the path of
industrialisation and modernisation.

Addressing the meeting, President of the VFF Central Committee's Presidium

2001 Plan of Joint Action, which, he said, was of great importance as it
lays the ground for the success of the VFF's work in the first year of the
new century.
