Delegations coming from Latin America and the Caribbean , besides the United States and Spain announced Doctor Fabio Fajardo, the Cuban Vice Minister of Science, Technology and Environment . Sessions will be until Friday in congresses about Environment Education for Sustained Development, Policy and Law, Economy, Biological Diversity and Protected Areas, Energy and Risks for Health. Round Tables are linked with Globalization and Environment , José Martí and Nature and Financing for a Sustained Development , meanwhile the II Workshop about Community is sponsored by the Defense Committee of the Revolution (Blocks in the cities organized) and its opening is foreseen for this morning. Enterprises and Cuban - Foreign institutions will show their most important products and services in the III Fair-Exposition that at the same time is open at the Conventions Palace.
