On 36 pages, Milosevic proves unlawfulness of ³this so-called tribunal² and writes about possible fatal consequences of its activities. Milosevic¹s main argument of the Hague Tribunal¹s unlawfulness is that this institution has been created not by UNO General Assembly, but by the Security Council. Though any international law institution cannot be created only on the base of an international treaty, as is was with the treaty about creating International Criminal Court signed in Rome in 1998. In practice, Milosevic writes, the Hague tribunal is exclusively a US instrument. With its support, Americans bribe international law and prosecute persons disagreeable with them. All that ³undermines fundamentals of peace, equality of rights and human dignity². What has happened personally with Milosevic is a dangerous precedent, which allows from now on to keep political leaders as hostages and ³returns the world to supremacy of violence². Yugoslavian ex-president accused also the USA and Germany of deliberate destruction of Yugoslavia, of provoking Croats, Moslems and Serbs to conflicts, and of ³the most killing genocide² of Iraq nation.
