maybe we need to be talking to developers of these other msn
clients... seems to me there's no way we can be properly compatible
with the latest protocol changes, without breaking filetransfers for
at least *some* older clients. it'd be better if we could get all the
popular ones updated together, combine our efforts to understand this
mess n'stuff.

*curses MS again* they just always have to be different, don't they? :P
