I found out that this problem only exists if the webcam is not /dev/video0. I
changed my system configuration, now the webcam is /dev/video0 and the tv card
is /dev/videoX.
The problem is gone. But usually, the tv card is permanently plugged into my pc
an is at /dev/video0. So if I plug in my webcam, it's assigned to /dev/video1
and the problem is there again. Would be nice, if this could be fixed.
