I just tried the new KDE4 Kopete. And I was surprised finding that Kopete
receives encrypted messages but silently ignores them. In the debug output I
can see that there is an encrypted message coming in. Kopete neither displays,
that there is an encrypted Message, that can't be decrypted, nor the message
itself.
