This is (still?) happening to me in both KDE 3.5.9 (Ubuntu gutsy) and 4.0.66
(openSUSE). Although it could be a coincidence, it has so far only happened to
contacts of mine that I reach via a Jabber gateway. (MSN, ICQ)
So this one does not duplicate:
<meta-contact contactId="JabberProtocol:onno flox org:blah flox org">
But this one does:
<meta-contact contactId="JabberProtocol:onno flox org/msn flox org:blah\40flox
org" >
Not every contact duplicates equally often, perhaps it only happens for
contacts that are actually online, or contacts that are changing names. I
haven't found a pattern there yet.
