Idea consist of:
1. Replace dropdown menu <UIN> -> "Set xtraz status" -> ... (which shows
recently used xstatuses, "Set status" and "Edit statuses...") with call of "Set
status" dialog.
2. "Set status" dialog must remember last used description and message for each
xstatus.
