Summary: Kopete auto copies to clipboard
           Product: kopete
           Version: 0.50.1
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kopete-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: MathStuf gmail com

Version: 0.50.1 (using KDE 4.0.3)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux

I find it annoying that Kopete feels that it can auto-copy text to the
clipboard without explicit commands. When deleting a block of text in Kopete,
it gets copied to the clipboard, potentially overwriting data there and causing
unexpected results if in the middle of something and you delete a line in
Kopete only to have it show back up when you paste somewhere else. If anything,
there should at least be an option to disable this functionality (I wouldn't
consider it a feature because there is an Undo/Redo for the text input, so this
is unnecessary).

How to Reproduce:
Delete all of the text in the input of a Kopete window. Text is now on the
clipboard without a copy or paste action.
