I decided to give Kubuntu (Hardy Heron) a try, and installed it on a laptop.
When I transfered my home-directory from the old machine (FreeBSD running
KDE-3.5.8), and tried Kopete, it did not have ANY account information...
I'm not sure, whether this is a ~/.kde4 vs. ~/.kde issue or what...
