In the Account Preferences for an MSN account, there is the option "Download
the MSN picture". One of the possible settings is "Automatically (read help)".
This makes no sense as there is no Help button directly leading to an
explanation of this setting.
It would be much better to add a "What's this" right click explanation.
Better yet: make display picture work automagically in all cases without any
configuration option, like is the case in Pidgin.
