Hello, I think "Show a message in a popup" should not be the default for "Incoming Message".
Currently the systray notifications take a lot of space, are not grouped and can be a pita if you were offline and get spammed with a lot of notifications the moment you get on. Imo rather "Open messages instantly" (Behaviour/General/Message Handling) should be default. Additionally (for 4.3) another option would be great: Not only have "Incoming Message", but also (not sure how to name it) "Incoming Message of a new chat" That way you'll get a notification for the initial message, but not the upcoming ones.
