Just because you don't get a response right away (even weeks or months from 
the original report date) doesn't mean we're ignoring your requests.

I tend to go through bug reports in batches, and I don't always start newest 
first, for example. 

bugs.kde.org is the place to report these things. It guarantees we won't lose 
the request unless the bugzilla database suffers a massive failure (and even 
then, there are backups)
