Whoa, I see your point. All the default themes have time only.

You can use the one I created, it looks like Gaim and shows you the date_time in
a tooltip when you hover over a message. You can also hack one of the existing
themes to show this information. I believe the Date is "%F". For instance, I use
"%time{%F_%H:%M:%S}%".
