Because google dropped (or not, but code does not working) support. In Kopete
are only compile and bugfix patches. No specified support.

Ok. So when google release new version (I'm hoping that devs include my patch)
I update Kopete code to use external "call" binary (in kopete we have it under
name "googletalk-call"), add some info about install process and remove
libjingle tree from kopete svn.
