Good morning Štefan.

The spatial join geoprocessing has changed its behaviour: it assigns the attributes of the nearest feature from the overlay layer to each feature of the source layer. It's planned to add a new option to assign this distance as a new attribute. We'll add a new option to assign only the attributes to the features from the source layer that are covered/included in a feature of the overlay layer (the old behaviour).

Currently the only solution is to use the 1.1 version for your analysis, or change the source code to adapt it to your needs. The new version won't be available until at least next April/May.

Regards,

PS: Štefan, this is the Kosmo spanish mailing list. We will attend you better in the english Kosmo mailing list, at http://lists.saig.es/mailman/listinfo/kosmo_int.

Hi all.
I found problem with geoprocessing tool - SPATIAL JOIN in Kosmo 1.2. I have e.g. 200 polygons in pol. layer and only 30 points in point layer. If I do SPATIAL JOIN I get wrong result. There are attached atributes on all polygons... It should transfer attributes only into polygos covered by poits. There is no way to make statistics with this error.

Did anybody found a solution?
Thank you. Stefan.
