Your directory screenshots seem to be ok. Try to refresh your project after editing the saig_it.properties and run again. 


If the problem persists, put a breakpoint at the line 510 of the 
JUMPWorkbench class. Then inspect the commandLine object to see what 
options are taken into account at startup: the optVect vector has one 
OptionSpec for each expected program argument. Please revise them and 
see which arguments are expected (the name property of each OptionSpec 
is used). In my case the expected arguments are:


plug-in-directory
properties
i18n
proj

The workbench-properties.xml file is saved in helloWorldExtension
folder.


 

This is the content of workbench-properties.xml file

The extensions folder is empty.

*       I create the saig-core project

In order to correct the error you should change the saig_it.properties 
file (under the src\language directory). Change the line:


JUMPWorkbench.properties-option=propriet\u00E0

to

JUMPWorkbench.properties-option=properties


There are some strings that shouldn't be translated, and this is one of 
them.
