Good morning Giovanni.
You can achieve this by creating a project with a view configured with
the desired coordinate system and your layer and using the option -proj
"myProjectFile.spr" in the launch bat/sh. Eg:
# .bat file example
SET PATH=..\dlls;%PATH%
start.\jre\bin\javaw -Djava.library.path="..\dlls;" -cp .;./saig.jar
-Xmx800M com.vividsolutions.jump.workbench.JUMPWorkbench
-plug-in-directory ./ext -proj myProjectFile.spr
This option will load your project directly without asking your user
which project he wants to load.
